I think it is your Member ID. Try it.
You definitely need a Madridista Premium to access this, you need to purchase it and they will send you a virtual one you can use right away and a physical one that will arrive in weeks in the mail.
That being said, i see you tryna buy tickets, just keep in mind only Spanish credit cards work these days on the website, you need to buy them immediately when theyre available for the Madridista window (1 week before the game give or take for La Liga) and even then your chances are slim because of how many tickets socios take.
