  3. In a lot of ways – a major one being off the ball movement – Alvarez is a more typical Pep striker. However, Haaland is a phenomenon. How Pep balances this is going to be very interesting.

    KDBs injury has allowed him to play them together, in turn giving Alvarez a bit of an education in a deeper role. Outside of injuries though, like in the last few games, Alvarez might have to find a little gametime out wide here and there, and in the long term it will make him a well-rounded player.
