


Boil once the legs, throw away the water
In a big pot half hot water put the legs and salt pepper ( black round nongrinded)
Add an onion
Boil medium low 1 hour
Add 0.5 l of hot water
Boil 45 mins
Add vegetable ( whatever you have, mostly roots)
Boil 45 mins
Use a strain and separate the soup ( use and eat with precaution, it will be great)
Use the meat to either put back in the soup or throw it in the oven with boiled potatoes salt and pepper
Freeze half for later
Ps: remove veggies if not eaten in 2 days. If rebouled they will not be healthy.
