  1. Cliffs of Moher Co Clare Ireland an amazing place to visit

  2. Shit, I mean at least you have a view until the rescue team comes. To make you feel better this is totally something I’d do to myself as well. I stepped over a hose of a Hoover and broke my foot.

  3. Mountain rescue or coastguard best options for getting out of there

  4. Story behind this – me and my wife were hiking from Doolin, i fell like 5x and at the end of the trail (near Hags head) my wife slip and it happened 😕 Coast Guard is already here so it’ll be fine. Worst part is – we are in hiking gear, quality hiking boots, both trained in 1st aid, have 1st aid and lots of goodies…

  5. Glad everyone is safe. Remember jedward had to be rescued by the coast guard.

  6. I broke my ankle ice skating at Christmas. Didn’t get a helicopter ride 😔

  7. In fairness Dramatic place to break your ankle…

Great coast guard and Rescue service out there, for once there saying

    “YES they are properly equipped”

*I think you can cancel rest of the hike, Hope she’s ok*

  8. After paying a king’s ransom for parking too

  9. There’s no finer place to snap your ankle than at The Cliffs Of Moher.

  10. It’s a busy spot so help will not be far away. That’s the silver lining.

  11. Was the holy stone worth the injury? I heard it’s a class 2.

  12. >*Galway Coastguard – Rescue 115 – We have reports of another American tourist who fell from the Cliffs of Insanity over- Search & Rescue requested over – approach with caution. Weather Conditions windy – Don’t feed after midnight over.*

  13. I mean if that’s the spot I’m thinking about, you’re only about 1 minute from the road. I actually have a picture of one of my best mates sitting on the edge of the cliff there.
