    >For the first time since its establishment, the Multidimensional Unit was activated in a ground operation. The unit, established four years ago, integrates innovative technologies with special capabilities alongside teams of soldiers operating in parallel.
    >The unit’s soldiers were the first to eliminate terrorists using advanced drones and a combination of technological capabilities for target identification and direction of fire. The soldiers destroyed dozens of anti-tank missile launch positions, observation posts, and weapons storage facilities in the northern Gaza Strip, and eliminated dozens of Hamas terrorists posing a threat to our forces. In one operation, the unit located numerous weapons in a school and a mosque.

  4. Gaza will be used as an Israeli testing ground for new weapons. There’s always going to be one more Hamas soldier posing a threat. Like shooting rats in the bucket. crazy.

    Edit: Looking at the upvotes, I may have been misunderstood. I think Israel is absolutely bonkers for doing that and absolutely is ethnic cleansing, if not genociding the people of Gaza.

    it’s ironic, really. hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars spent to develop systems and capabilities to fight in dense urban environments with pinpoint accuracy, and yet they are accused of having “genocidal intent”. how absurd

  10. This is just the beginning of the changing state of warfare. You’ll have smaller number of people and more drones. Then the *real* fight will be in anti/jamming. You don’t need a full platoon, when you can have a squad sized element that controls 20+ drones.
