**UPD:** Elimination of a fire at the Wildberries warehouse continues. The fire area was around 70 thousand square meters. The damage is tentatively estimated at trillions of rubles. Meanwhile, information appeared that the warehouse was put into operation without permission from the State Construction Supervision Authority. Video – EMERCOM of the Russian Federation
The whole south of St Petersburg is under unimaginable smoke from the fire on Wildberries warehouse. The fire has already spread on 50,000 square meters.
A few days before that, Russian law enforcers were doing raids on these warehouses, looking for migrants who are detaining from serving in the Russian army.

Gee, that’s too bad. LOL
Is Russia okay?
Aaaaaaaand, itβs goneβ¦..
Russia continues to implode and self destruct, their war culture wonβt save them.
Damage estimates at trillions of rubles. What is that like $6-800.00?
Fire with a sprinkle of icicles on it.
We don’t need no water, let the motherfucker burn
Burn motherfucker, burn
β the fire was estimated 1 trillion rublesβ or around $100,000 US $
I would love to see how many more fires they got now then before.
That’s like CIA job to count as it is national security information for them.
Data cant be positive for them.
βVanya did you avoid conscription at work today?β β Yes mom.β π₯
1 trillion rubbles = 11.368 billion USD at today’s currency conversion.
Trillions of rubbles worth of damage = music to my ears!
Roasted berry party going on
Not really a military target though
What was this warehouse used for?
krimelin next, krimelin next π€π€π₯
What the fire does not get the smoke frost and water will finish off.
Tentatively estimated by whom?
Well I guess someone was starting to ask too many questions about the warehouse stock
So, oh no, there’s a fire, time to call the insurance companies π
Awwww. What a shame! π
For those not in the know Wildberries is the ruzzian Amazon equivalent and is its largest online ecommerce retailer.
Here is a [photo](https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/aIqk4q3vuyHmt8lBSiIv1g–/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTEyODA7aD0xMjgwO2NmPXdlYnA-/https://media.zenfs.com/en/kyiv_independent_articles_496/79c19a8bc2de98847f895fd5d7528b34) from the air – it is utterly destroyed. It was about the size of 10 soccer fields in dimensions.
There were estimated to be about 1500+ workers on site when the fire commenced.
>There were no casualties, but the Tass news agency reported that many workers had to run for their lives because fire alarms had reportedly been turned off.

Video showed dozens of people fleeing down fire escapes. In one video, shot inside the warehouse, flames engulf rows of shelves as people run away. βThe roof is falling in! Get out! Get out quickly!β a man can be heard shouting in the video. No alarm sounds in the footage.
This facility and what flowed through it were one of the significant ways in which many ruzzians citizens were attempting to obtain goods, often which in fact were sanctioned, and which were locally scarce.
So if this is sabotage my opinion is the goal is to have ruzzian people feel more of the pain of their own failing manufacturing state. This facility was built pre war and it won’t be replaceable tomorrow. Not to mention the local economic impact in St. Petersburg.

THAT FIREMAN SURE MUST HAVE DRUNK A LOT OF LIQUID!
Well Milton did warn them about taking his [stapler](https://youtu.be/V09fnmAUDVQ?si=mO_yYUaTgScFnWwn)
It looks like their version of a large Amazon warehouse. Reddit automatically blocked my first post because it had a link their ru domain (which is understandable). Wildberries looks like another Amazon. It is interesting that a warehouse full of general consumer stuff could burn so wildly out of control. Do they still have firefighters in St. Petersburg?
>The damage is tentatively estimated at trillions of rubles….
Sooooo…about $3.50?
Someone go wake Medvedev out of his drunken slumber, this warrants a few nuke threats.
Woah, that’s big. Someone’s gonna fall out a window for this one
Wildberries = Russian Amazon?
So I guess this is consumer goods, not military?
How much could a trillion rubles cost? Ten dollars?
