Russia rains missiles on Kyiv and other cities • FRANCE 24 English

Reestablish what can be reestablished but uh you will see uh the extent of Destruction behind me this is an uh industrial site you have here uh uh shop um shops selling cars car carellas here you can see also the extent of the destruction uh here on those uh cars

That are that have been totally charred here uh there’s a lot of Destruction there’s a lot of Rebel uh industry there’s a very strong smell of gas as well there’s a gas pipeline uh that has been uh damaged you’ve mentioned there’s a quarter of a million people here in KF

Who no longer have electricity there’s also problems in uh water supplies uh there’s there’s dozens of people injured including 50 here in Kev um this toll could increase as rescu are still working to the rubble they are still uh going uh flat after flat in the solomans

District when we were earlier where a residential building was hit uh there’s already two people who died on that site including netherly woman who died in a in an ambulance on her way to the hospital so a very very serious damage and a lot of people uh being victims of

Those strikes again uh we know that several waves of kinal hypersonic missiles were launched against the Ukrainian capital in the early hours of the morning and now uh people here are are are working through the damage to rescue uh uh victims uh as as the day goes by and Emanuel we are approaching

Now nearly two years of this war in Ukraine so residents of ke have been living with these kind of risks for quite a long time now I wonder then how people are reacting to these strikes today you’ve now visited two neighborhoods that have been hit what are you hearing from people

Today well Nadia earlier on when I was in sansky District I bumped into a friend who lived in one of the buildings that were that was heavily damaged by the shock wave of the explosion I thought he was working because he’s a journalist as well he was not he lost

His flat and he was just looking a gas at what used to be his home people here on a daily basis are living in fear of uh seeing their homes being completely destroyed they also living in fear that International Aid will stop at some point and that they will have no more

Means uh no more air defense capable of of getting rid of those missiles of intercepting missiles and drones and we can see when there’s several waves of missiles or of drones is difficult for air defense to intercept them all and even when they intercept them there’s

  26. Russians and Ukrainians kill eachother for West. Zelensky stopped peace talks cos Johnson ordered it in March 2022. War was started by the West, not Putin.
