  1. Probably not trying to give Cities first 11 of world-class lawyers a headstart on delaying, arguing over the placement of full stops, and generally standing in the way of process. Not that they did anything wrong or theres anything to investigate, of course…

  2. I hate oil clubs. Soulless and even worse the arrogance that comes with it. The sooner they relegate, the better.

  3. It’s gonna come and go with nobody noticing that they haven’t charged them a damn thing.

  4. Gonna end with a fine and a slap on the wrist bc the Prem won’t have the balls to drag it out and properly punish the fraudsters

  5. Instant relegation and then make Pep manage Everton.

  6. This is probably under the jurisdiction of UEFA rather than FA but would prefer to see them banned from all European competition for every year it’s proved they broke the rules.

Broke the rules over 7 seasons? Then you get to qualify for champions league again in 2031.

Think that would have more of an impact than any points deduction or fine.

  7. Meh, the best the prem will give them is a finger wag and a “Naughty boy! Don’t do it again!”

  8. Apparently it was leaked last year that its around November 2024.

  9. Anyone know why it can’t be revealed? Does that imply anything about the case? I’m not the most familiar with the law, but I don’t think its normal to not be able to reveal the date for a hearing after its decided.

  10. Nothing more than a telling off and a stupidly small fine if they are actually even found guilty.

  11. They will find them guilty and deduct points from everton again lol

  12. Can you reveal the date on which you will reveal the date?

  13. That would be far to transparent. With transparency comes fairness.

  14. If the date is released, then questions will need to be answered at that point. From now until the end of time there is a built-in excuse to avoid every question.

  15. Why do you guys think they will get relegated they’ll just lose 3 points or sum

  16. Why can’t it be revealed?🤣

Doesn’t sound sus at all 🙃

  17. “”I can [understand] but they are very different charges,” he told the Culture, Media and Sport (CMS) committee.

“If any club, the current champions or otherwise, had been found in breach of the spending rules, they would be in exactly the same position as Everton or Nottingham Forest.

“But the volume and character of the charges laid before Manchester City, which I obviously cannot talk about at all, are being heard in a completely different environment.”

It seems like they are already preparing the excuses for after the hearing, when they dont charge them with anything

    Edit: fine-charge*

  18. They have already gotten away with it if we are being honest

Points deductions when they have already established themselves as one of the biggest clubs in the world from their cheating is a bit late

Their fans have already had the great moments of joy, whilst other fans have missed out on those moments

An asterisk to the Wikipedia page of trophy winners changes fuck all

  19. Can’t be revealed because they’re too scared of City’s owners. Great way of proving you can manage your own shit in-house.

    Corrupt *AND* cowardly.

  20. They are going to crucify the tea lady!! Apart from that, all good. Correct envelopes have been placed in the correct hands.
