Everyone who is immediately assuming his fiancé murdered him needs to take a step back. I had an acquaintance who took his own life with a gunshot in a very similar manner a few years ago and none of his three roommates (who were asleep at the time) heard him and they found him the next morning. Not everything is a conspiracy. Just the the investigators do their job and stop spreading misinformation when you don’t have any of the facts.
Sometimes a night when I hear something that sounds like a report I just think my cat knocked something over in the kitchen and I’ll deal with it the morning
