Will there be any Tories left come the general election?
I’m guessing most want to save face and quit before not being elected again…
I know we are at the bottom of the barrel but I suspect that if I kept hiring backstabbing fuckwits into positions well above their abilities, people would start questioning my competency.
The amendment to the bill has failed but the Tories remain in chaos. General Election now please:
**Dozens of Tories defy Sunak on key vote**Dozens of Tory MPs have defied Rishi Sunak and voted in favour of an amendment which seeks to alter his Rwanda plan.68 MPs backed an amendment tabled by Sir William Cash.We won’t know exactly how many of those are Tory MPs until later, as the DUP may have voted in favour of the amendment too – but we do know the vast majority must have been Tories.529 MPs voted against the amendment and it failed to pass.
It’s good to see that the top Tory talent pool of Truss and runner up Rishi are delivering, time and time again.
Remember, this is the best they have to offer and that they had to draft the putty faced pig worrier in as there was no one else capable.
If they rebel over an essential amendment, but then support the main bill without that incorporated, they either lack spine or integrity – both of which betray the very notion of honourable gentleman…
They’ll still vote for the bill as a whole tomorrow though, i bet.
Sunak is a fucking terrible politician.
The Rwanda plan was never going to work and everyone knew it. He allowed Suella to push for it because it made him look like he was being tough on immigration – appealing to the worst people in society by being as cruel as possible to some of the most vulnerable people in the world.
Everyone knew it would never happen, even Suella and Sunak. But he did it anyway because Daily Mail reader votes. Suella jumped ship, eyeing the premiership before she left and probably deliberately pushing the Rwanda plan because she knew it would fail and she could swoop in after Sunak is gone.
Sunak now has to pretend that the Rwanda plan can work, and continue pushing forward with it because not doing so would make him look weak. And what will happen when it inevitably fails? He’s staked pretty much everything on this. Fucking idiot.
And what’s more the general public will still vote for these clowns anyway because that’s what they always do. This promise of cruelty to immigrants works for far too many people.
He will be a very vocal thorn in the side of the government.,.if he doesn’t switch to reform.
60 conservative MPs voted against the government.
It takes 54 letters to go in to get rid of Sunak.
Do you think they’ll actually try to replace him before the election?
One of the out going MPs resign early, drop Johnson into the safe seat, Johnson runs for leader, all before the election.
Does this make a May election more likely?
I think so.
I don’t think Sunak can hold his party together until October/November.
Resigning as the gov isn’t fashy enough for them.
Horrible people.
England what have you become?
50p Lee off to Rwanda for a hard earned rest, since it’s such a safe country and everything.
lee anderson, the oppositions best friend.
in a semi connected note, I often wonder if public people holding very strong views about a topic actually helps or hinders their goal. Musk for example, its entirely possible that he also does more to foster support in opposition to his cause than he gains in support for his views. although it might appear like hes well supported as those who like him, love him.
anderson might be the same, the people who agree are the vocal ones, but the wider picture, he helps to remind people why such views need to be countered.
Our politicians confuse me so fucking much. Well actually confusing is the wrong word but it’s astonishing how much they continually fuck up over the last 15 years while being in power etc.
None of this feels like a resignation on principles – would anyone even believe that!? – and devalues everything
Wish these cunts would just put us out of our misery and call a general election.
I am so sick and tired of it all I really am
Pair of evil cunts in a party full of cunts, voted for by more dopey cunts.
Guys, I found the first draft of the resignation letter…

It’s like watching a car crash, but the crash dummies keep surviving.
I suppose this means we won’t get anymore Lee Anderson and Sunak [react videos ](https://twitter.com/ToryVote_/status/1745561079109886215). And they seemed like such buddies… oh well, what a shame.

The IQ of the Tory payroll just climbed by double digits.
