10 years ago ffs and the mother was sat in the car playing on her phone.
I don’t understand why solicitors take these cases?

10 years that case was being dragged out for, that’s the Irish legal system for you, pigs at a trough, the only miracle here is that the judge demonstrated some common sense for once…

I remember both my brothers broke the exact same bone on the same day way back when. One at a soccer summer camp, after which we went to the playground and the other one fell off one of the structures.
Never even crossed my mothers mind to claim, such a sickening mentality
