3. I imagine the child is the one causing the wear and tear rather than the mother but it does make sense that if you are only in a house to sleep you are using it less than someone who is in it 24/7.

7. I remember my landlord coming over for their lease renewal 5/6 years ago now or them some.
   The Pope was visiting, so whenever that was.
   We just had a new baby, he mentioned his brother would need a place to stay soon, she mentioned her brother then, so they got that arsed up. She mentioned they would have to increase the rent over the amount allowed (which we challenged them on and they rolled back). The best part was her mentioning going to see the Pope before getting into a sudo-eviction notice pressuring us. Fantastic irony I can just look back on now and laugh. Awful worrying at the time.

   We have our own house now and it’s all good but renting in Ireland is horrible and while I suspect there are plenty of good landlords, any that I’ve dealt with over the years have been greedy wankbags.

   Tenant: “Oh how much would the rent be on this commercial unit?

   Landlord: “What sort of business are you looking to operate?”

   Tenant: “oh nothing too fancy, just a creche.”

   Landlord: “oh you can go away now and get fucked with that idea!”

   Governemnt: “There’s a crisis in the creching sector and its not the migrants”
