Hey! I just realized I can get a “free schufa report” or Datenkopie [(here)](https://www.schufa.de/schufa-en/). I have been reading about this topic in many places, and all of them [(source example)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6F-wWEe5ZTg) say you can ONLY have 1 free report per year. Also, they recommend to continuisly track your Schufa report, like getting the free copy.

I never got a Schufa Report and also I currently don’t need my “real Schufa report” or Schufa BonitätsAuskunft, but I would like to get the Datenkopie to see which is my actual score.

As the year just started and I didn’t get it on 2023:

**Does anyone knows if 1 per year, means 1 per calendar year??**

Any help is greatly appreciated! 🙂

  1. I don’t think there is a fixed rule about what 1 year means, and I am not even that the 1 year rule is really fix.

As Schufa Datenkopie contains a list of the scores that have been sent to banks etc. by Schufa during the last 12 months before the Datenkopie, it would be logical that you have a right to a Datenkopie every 12 months, so you can get a continous picture. I don’t think the calendar year has anything to do with that.
