Macron has just announced 50 SCALPs, Caesar cannons, munitions and bombs. As usual, what he announces is delivered or being delivered. he will go to Ukraine in February.

4. Macron is a Weasel ( no offense to weasels, intended ). He sees himself as having a special place in the EU. I think he makes Scholtz nuts since Germany has been front and center for Ukraine, though maybe their bureaucracy has been slow at times. Macron is trying to straddle a fence with Russia in some way, hoping to be a deal maker in the Israel/Hamas conflict, or even the Ukraine/Orc conflict. I don’t trust him as far as I could throw him, and I admit my bias as an American.
