Hello, please help! My mom flew iceland air a few months ago and tried these biscuits pictured. She said they were delicious and talks about them from time to time. I am visiting iceland currently and wondering if I might be able to find these in Bonus??
I have had no luck in finding the name…can anyone identify?

I have no idea what they are….but that might just be me.
Eventhough I never flew with icelandair or visited iceland yet I plunged into the net and did a bit of research. First of all it seems your mother isn’t the only one that found them quite delicious. Secondly I didn‘t find a seller of the exact crisps.
However, it seems they are savioury with cheese. And the type might be inspired of „lava“. In iceland there is also a choclate bar inspired by the flow of molten lava (can’t recall the name right now). At least I got the impression from a similar cheesy snack [cheese snack](https://nammi.is/collections/lava-cheese) and the way the snacks surface looks (stacked lava when it cools in the flow).
