On the bright side at least most of the money is going to the families of dead civilians allegedly, if it actually gets to them.

PA isn’t reading the room. Saudis/Gulf states want formal recognition with Israel. If PA isn’t seen as a reliable governing body, they’ll be shut out of a coalition governance deal in Gaza.
This shows that the Palestianian Authority is too internally divided to adjust to the times.
