  1. Is Xavi incapable of motivating the group? Gavi has been gone for almost two months and he’s still Not adjusted.

  2. I love Gavi, I truly do. But the fact that a teenager is the heart and soul of the team is an issue…

    He’s been out for months and is done for the season. It’s a bit crazy to me that Xavi continues to lean on his absence as a main concern. Is this going to happen every major loss for the rest of the season? Like, c’mon dude. Get your shit together, motivate the team, elevate others to be more influential, and let’s stop whining about the Gavi situation.

  8. Ever since Gavi got injured , the team is not even pressing. Gavi was the very first person that always goes to press and dies for the team. You see a teenager doing that , you also give your 110%.

    Gavi is a player that knows what our club represents and he dies for it.

I don’t want to act as a Xavi defense but he literally got ASKED in this press conference a question about Gavi’s absence and if there is an issue of a persona that transmits mentality missing in the current team, so that’s why he mentioned him.. also he added himself that now that he said it that everybody will say that he’s looking for excuses and that he agrees that Gavi’s injury is not and cannot be an excuse for the way a team is playing.

  10. love gavi but the fact that one player, a teenager no less, is the “heart and the soul” of the team is clearly problematic. yes he brings a lot of spirit and he will be a great captain one day but come on, you should be channeling his energy not lamenting the lack of it
