  1. Big ups to Unite! Really, a union that is progressing how it should.
And fair play to Susan Fitzgerald, Unite has continued to improve now that she has been appointed regional secretary.

  2. Up the workers. Solidarity from a NIPSA member

  3. Out of the loop, what % increase are they asking for?

  4. loving the worker solidarity on here.
Turn that solidarity into action, join your union, get organised.
It’s time to take back control of OUR society. That starts in the workplace.

  5. As a member of the public who is employed in the private sector I stand fully behind the action. When the British Government need money for something they deem important magically find it. They somehow refuse in this case and are forcing people to go private which boosts their own private investment portfolios and they treat hardworking people appallingly. Only today we see an article on the BBC website about a doctor doubling his wage by going to Australia.

I look forward to the day that our government is no longer determined by majority populations in England Scotland and Wales and when are vote carries more weight.

  6. I doubt it’ll achieve much, but yes, full support and solidarity with everyone else out there being shafted by the modern world.
