9. This is great news! Ukraine has shown that they can use this weapon effectively and the Storm Shadow and Scalp missiles have been incredibly cost effective already having destroyed a rather modern submarine, relatively modern frigate, an amphibious landing ship packed with munitions, the Black Sea Fleet headquarters and god knows how many other more minor headquarters, logistics hubs, munitions storage depots, etc.
