I am new to climate research. I heard a lot of anti-climate change propaganda growing up and have just recently started to try and research it myself.
There is so much conflicting material that I find myself having no clue who to trust. There is always a solid case for anti-climate change, neutral, climate change is serious, and climate change is inevitable doom.
From what I can gather the acidification of the ocean is the most serious problem. The one thing that is hard for me to get over is my entire life I have heard spectacular claims that so far all have not come true. I get a boy cries wolf vibe from climate scientists so its hard for me to trust them now.
I just do not know how to proceed. I read as much as I can and I just get even more confused. What it does seem to me is that if climate change is happening on the scale that many claim, there is zero chance we will reverse it.
