Donald Trump Nearly Gets Himself Kicked Out of Court in E. Jean Carroll Trial: It is seriously not looking good for Donald Trump in this case.

  1. Baby is used to having tantrums get his way. But judges don’t fall for that like business people apparently do.

  2. He’s like the biggest rich-parents asshole in high school. Some people never mature past age sixteen and he’s the poster boy for that syndrome.

Kick him out, FFS. This is ridiculous.

  3. His base eats this stuff up. These people also wonder why people don’t like them.

  4. He’s already lost this case. This is just performative outrage for his campaign.

  5. Must be weird to throw your power around your whole life and then all of a sudden you’re getting the book thrown at you over and over for what a prick you’ve been lol.

  6. Way to carry yourself with the dignity and stature of a US Presidential candidate Donny.

  7. Thanks for the article, but I’m so sick of hearing about how judges ALMOST did something to Trump.

What the hell are they waiting for?

They should be seizing money straight from his accounts every single time he opens his mouth when he’s not supposed to. He should be spending time in jail cells with no electronics every time he violates a court order. In short, they need to start treating him like the common criminal that he is.

  8. Do Not Throw Him Out! Gag Him like they did Bobby Seale.

  9. >But apparently, Trump didn’t feel like waiting to make his side of things heard. His attorney Alina Habba claimed twice that Carroll has gotten funding for the lawsuit, pushing conspiracy theories that either leftist billionaire George Soros paid her to accuse Trump or that leftist billionaire Reid Hoffman was paying her legal bills. As Carroll denied this, Trump said, “She got her memory back.”

Ok, let us assume that one of those two billionaires or even any billionaire is funding Carroll. What does she think that changes? Does that somehow forgive Trump of what he has done?

Please explain to me like I’m five.

  10. He’s mentally unfit and declining rapidly. I really question whether he’s going to make it physically as well.

  11. Jury needs to ask themselves how much would it take to actually stop Donald Trump from defaming E. Jean Carroll again and again. The real answer is probably a minimum of $100 million, but they shouldn’t even know that the guy who sexually assaulted her was sitting there defaming her again during the 2nd defamation trial.

  12. This or any case, that is not controlled by his appointees, that is ..

  13. So nothing happened and nothing is going to change? Great article, gets better every day.

  14. Politics and law are business ventures in this shit hole and nothing else.

  15. He’s been found liable for rape in a court of law and had to pay damages. How is that a good look in the first place.

  16. Wouldn’t normal people be held in contempt of court and/or fined/imprisoned? Or do I watch too much TV?

  17. >“Mr. Trump, I hope I don’t have to exclude you from the trial. I understand you are probably very eager for me to do that.”
Trump replied “I would love it” (if the judge kicked him out)
“I know you would,” Kaplan said. “You just can’t control yourself in this circumstance, apparently.”
    >
    >“Neither can you,” Trump shot back.

I know you are, but what am I.

  18. Seriously, the trial is only about quantifying damages, not about liability, so Trump’s glowering is not going to help.

  19. He wants to be ejected from the trial sooo bad. Then he can point at the judge and scream how unfair it is that he can’t even be at his own trial. It’s RIGGED I TELLYA, RIGGED!!!

  20. If this was anyone else I would be full of empathy for them. This man is deeply disturbed and possess the most severe case of sociopathic narcissism that’s on public display. The guy needs a psychiatric assessment, he needs therapeutics other than crushed Adderall. He has no impulse control (since ever) and the world knows it . But in this case it’s DJT and I truly hope that justice prevails and this deeply disturbed man loses his freedom via incarceration. He needs to silenced so America can catch up with the rest of the world.

  21. Trump is a piece of shit and anyone who still believes in this nonsense is a piece of 💩 too

  22. Went in with blood on his hands, and came out with turds in his pants.

  23. Anyone else would have been in a cell on the first contempt of court. What are we on here? Six hundred and something?

  24. Nearly? Nearly getting kicked out, means that Trump **wasn’t** kicked out at all. So this is just a big nothing burger.

  25. These judges are all cowards. Anyone else they would have removed them.

They keep allowing him to destroy our norms.

Hold him in contempt. Enforce the gag orders. All of it.

  26. All because he just couldn’t keep his mouth SHUT.

Hard for a poor like me to fathom: he’s just running his mouth and will be forced to pay damages in an amount that I will probably never see or have in an entire lifetime.

Another reason I’ll be looking forward to this finally sticking to him.

Gonna have to sell all of his New York properties. Give a lot of it to E Jean. Rest of it goes to lawyers who will demand payment up front from here on out.

  27. > it is seriously not looking good for Donald Trump in this case

Horrible writing. The case is already decided. This is just determining how much MORE the swamp ass should pay since he can’t keep his mouth shut.

  28. Everyone else would be spending the night in jail for this kind of conduct in court. I’m so sick of this asshole.
