Scum move from a scum party engaging in scum politics.
*Alister Jack claims Holyrood pursued the case “in spite of the cost to the taxpayer.”*
Stops it with the section 35 and then charges the Scottish Government for daring to stand by their own democrats decisions.
We’re that step closer to getting back in the box.
Is this not normal practice in legal matters?
Nasty fucking Tory scumbags.
Fined for thinking we had democracy.
And when they do this shit against the ” upstart ” SNP, they do it against the whole parliament. They do it against Labour, Dems, Greens, and they do it against their own tory branch office.
Does anyone else wonder where the voices of Labour, or the Dems, or the up north tories are in all this, in this vindictive, petty hate exercise ?
That’ll win those nasty Jocks over
This farrago just get better
It’s probably worth it as it does demonstrate the cuntishness of the Tories. Not that we didn’t know it, but it’s good to have more data points.
Are they also going to be paying all us back for all the billions they’ve siphoned and stolen since coming to power 13 years ago?
This is completely standard and I would not be surprised if they were legally required to do so.

Why wouldn’t they?
