Fury as BBC demands victims of anti-Semitic abuse in Oxford Street should reveal their identities

    How is this unreasonable? If you’re lodging a legal complaint then your name should be on it, or the name of the people you’re representing.

    This is just more Mail BBC bashing.

  2. If lawyers are trying to make a legal claim I assume it would be for libel, in which case, yes the claim needs to be made by an identifiable living person and the BBC absolutely do have the right to know that as part of their pre-trial defence because no victim, no case.

    Having competent lawyers isn’t automatically antisemitic!
