I really don’t see it. I wouldn’t have made a connection between that ugly, grey-faced crash-test dummy character and black people. Wouldn’t it be more offensive if I did? Apparently, it’s racist not to look at that ugly thing and go, “Oh my god! Black people!”
It’s just an ugly, grey, crash-test dummy character.
Opinions?

People have way too much time on their hands. I wish i had that much free time to be offended by a crash test dummy character aimed for kids.
I mean, didn’t really hear about this till your post though the character in the images of the times of Malta article remind me of black peter which is probably how people made the association
Isn’t the point to distinguish the bad driver from a good driver so to not confuse ppl who watch the video? They even made the point of making everything cartoonish with yellow ppl as the good drivers so what are they supposed to be asians?
Also I did not know Malta had a BLM movement wtf?We getting infected with american movements all the way here?I find it hilarious that someone made an effort to have a BLM movement in Malta as if Police brutality in Malta is anywhere near comparible to America.
Comments disabled too.Know that you’re gonna get called on your bullshit huh?
Lol one thing I like about this country is that it’ll take a while for the woke brigade to make any in roads in malta.
So, calling it “gray” I’d suggest getting a new monitor. 😀
I wouldn’t go so far as to call it racest. It’s epically stupid, but probably not racest. But I would say that Mapfre needs to fire their advertising agency. The idea that no one in the agency saw this coming… Wow, this is exactly what they pay these agencies to avoid.
