Not defending the thieves and scammers that are Barrowman and Mone, but that same criteria that is seeing them being investigated would apply to just about all of the cabinet whether through given advice or taken advice through those very same tax avoidance schemes.
The Barrowmans are meat thrown to the wolves in the hope that hunger for justice sates the appetite of the angry mob and sees the rest left alone.
I have very limited sympathy for the people who took up one of these schemes, mind. As if they didn’t know what they were doing was dubious at best.
But Barrowman is a straight up spiv.
Tory scum fucking over Tory scum all to make money for Tory scum.
