I went to see Beyonce and the traffic generated from other concert attendees had us backed up onto the interstate just waiting to park while the show time on the tickets crept past. I left with plenty of time to get there in normal traffic but if it weren’t for late start times, I would have missed some of the show I paid a stupid amount of money to see. Bless beyonce and Madonna for continuing to perform and for coming out when they see fit.
Yeah. That’s shabby. Although I once waited 4 hours to see Jeff Beck. He finally showed up, shitfaced, and proceeded to deliver one of the best shows of my life. Somethings are worth the wait. I’m not sure Madonna is.

Edit: I mean, I work in music… usually there’s a door time and the show start time is on the tickets/show listings at which point the openers and support will perform to warm up crowd… headliners rarely play right at start of show in any concert.
