In general I have not much concern since we all have already Smartphones made in China and Americans sell them our data since decades.
It is unlikely that Switzerland will come up with a competitive cloud solution anyway. I mean, just look at that long, long trail of Swiss companies falling victims to malware and ransomware because they tried to uphold their own IT system and it didn’t worked at all.
However, it is unlikely that cloud providers really dig deep into their customers accounts. After all, they are usually the better alternative to local systems.
