This is not a regular fire, what would happen if a transformator is hit cause these bad boys are filled with oil! 34. I wonder how much of this is sabotage by partisans/agents and how much of it is failing infrastructure because a) it’s winter and b) much of the workforce for maintenance and repairs has been conscripted.
