Gay sex scene on Athens’ Acropolis sparks outcry in Greece

  1. Aren’t the ancient greeks famous for being the gayest civilization ever? As in it was just seen as normal to fuck a dude every so often?

  2. >The anonymous producers of the short film called Departhenon said the Parthenon symbolised “nationalism, the cult of Antiquity” and “patriarchy”.

No, it’s a symbol of democracy and western civilization. Why do these retarded activists have to ruin everything?

  3. As much I support my gay and lesbian friends, but it’s the same on every Pride Parade (Christopher Street Day). It’s not necessary to protest for equality while fucking someone in the butt on a float. Or getting a dick sucked.

I don’t mind seeing that, but others – if not the most – do mind. I also don’t wanna see a woman get her clit licked by a masked and leathered-up dom. Or the other way around.

Keep your sexlife and position private. That applies to all.

  4. People in this thread think the outrage is because it was gay porn but in reality it’s because it was porn in general. You don’t just make porn in the acropolis which is a national symbol and has hundreds of citizens and tourists everyday and even kids could have seen it. The producers didn’t get a licence or anything and had a couple of people keeping watch so nobody would notice them while the actors secretly had sex. When it became known they tried to justify it as some sort of attack to the patriarchy.

Most news outlets here didn’t mention that it was specifically homoerotic in their title, you actually had to read the article. In fact, Greece is one of the most LGBTQ+ friendly country in the Balkans. Just recently the government made blood donations from gay people completely legal without any restrictions while most of Europe doesn’t.

  5. I hope these people get prosecuted as they deserve to be.The fuck is that ? Absolute disrespect (Regardless of sexuality).

  6. I would say in outrage “That’s like jerking off in the US Capitol!”

But that literally happened last year and 1/4 of the country was cool with it so…….

  7. Stupid headline. A bunch of people decided to make a *porno* on the Acropolis. Orientation has nothing to do with it.

  8. I like how they put a homophobic spin on it in hopes they wouldn’t be attacked so much. It’s the new “don’t beat me I use glasses”

  9. Considering their ‘Scandal in the Vatican’ movies, I’m gonna guess the Czech/Slovak/Hungarian studio Belami.

Edit: It’s not a porno, but this movie called Departhenon (NSFW, obviously): [https://departhenon.wordpress.com/2021/12/23/%ce%b7-%cf%84%ce%b1%ce%b9%ce%bd%ce%af%ce%b1-the-film/](https://departhenon.wordpress.com/2021/12/23/%ce%b7-%cf%84%ce%b1%ce%b9%ce%bd%ce%af%ce%b1-the-film/)

Some cheap low-budget avant-garde “artsy” shock film with poor cinematography and really boring. Sounds like a failed film student wanted to “shock” his way into the film industry.
