Hampton police declare emergency as seafoam floods New Hampshire roads
High tide reached seaside roads in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, leaving behind seafoam on Wednesday (January 10).
Drone footage showed vehicles driving through the accumulated foam in Ocean Boulevard, north of Hampton Beach State Park.
According to local ABC affiliate WMUR, Ocean Boulevard and other roads were closed Wednesday morning as Hampton police declared an emergency.

That is all pollution or sewage. I have been to several beaches in Florida on both sides and never. And Georgia and south Carolina. Waves cause bubble and they break.
