Traitors star’s shocking attack: ‘Nasty Nick’ grabs waitress and shoves her

A TRAITORS star punched and kicked restaurant staff in a shocking unprovoked attack last year.

John McManus, 51, appeared on the first series of the hit BBC show in 2022 but was ‘murdered’ by episode five.

Last month he admitted lashing out at a waiter and waitress during Sunday dinner service at a posh seafood and champagne restaurant in Edinburgh.

Baffled staff say he became enraged when he was asked to keep the noise down after quaffing two bottles of wine with a pal.

Exclusive CCTV footage obtained by The Sun shows McManus launching a violent attack on a 62-year-old waiter at the door of the The Ship On The Shore seafood restaurant in Leith just before 8pm on May 7.

He was a contestant on a crappy reality show and that does not qualify you as any sort of name across any form of so-called entertainment.   31. I always knew Jon gave me the wrong vibe from The Traitors, the way he just got so defensive for no reason and just popping off on people the way he did, like at Aaron or at the breakfast table! Disgusting wee man!

  34. Just a fine for disorderly conduct, breach of the peace, affray and two counts of assault and battery. No tag, no probation, no community, service no prison just a small fine, hardly an inconvenience for a man who has zero problems paying it.
