I’m vegetarian so i already know this but it’s cool that they specified that Slovenia is in central Europe, surely if it weren’t for that we would have seen another news tomorrow about a yank who got lost in southeast Asia looking for Ljubljana

The Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek has a bit about Slovenia and the Balkans.
He is on a bridge in the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, which supposedly is the geographical border of the Balkans, I’m paraphrasing a bit:
“Over here we have Mitteleuropa (Central Europe) where women get beaten and raped and don’t like it, and here we have the Balkans, women get beaten and raped and like it.”
