Hi, is anyone have an experience with [sim.de](https://sim.de) kundigung process, the sent me an e-mail that I should confirm my willingness to cancel my contract by phone and have a hotkey password which I no longer remember, is there an alternative provider to give in the case of that hotkey password to cancel my contract ?
the reason why I canceled is that I found a good offer with [sim.de](https://sim.de) but unfortunately I cannot chose it with my actual phone number, I have to buy a new number. Can I ask them after I cancel my current contract to have the same phone number for my new contract ?

You can choose to bring your phone number with you as part of the order process or retroactively.
