Please no more devolution. I would hate see how far ahead of England we would get in yet another area.
The argument that bigger is better and that the system is the best in the World….so why not take control of Scotland’s justice system then? I’m bored of this argument, it doesn’t stand up, especially when paired with the “bigger, unified state” argument, cf: Brexit for example.
