This is my favourite. Manchester to Dublin and ending up Paris
My son was supposed to land in Dublin at 10:30. His wife was in tears on the second attempt to land, and his 3-year-old was screaming in fear. They’re now in Manchester, although I suspect it’ll be quite late tomorrow before they’ll get home, since this wind will be there tomorrow morning. They spent 3 hours on the tarmac in Manchester before getting off.
And a nice little trick from RyanAir: you can leave the plane voluntarily, but then they don’t have to put you up.
I see a flight from Paris to Dublin, 2 hours departed circling Belfast but diverted back to Paris. Wouldn’t fancy that one
Any of the usual lads out streaming from the back of the airport there?
Why does Aer Lingus cancel their flights immediately, and Ryanair always attempts to fly?
Lunchtime flight today from Bristol to Dublin. Diverted to Belfast after 2 aborted landings, now in a coach heading for Dublin Airport yo collect my car rental. Everyone has advised against driving onwards to Kerry tonight
The flight was nearly an hour late leaving and the landing was a bumpy one.
Seeing 3 Aircraft Squawking 7700 (General Emergency) now, diverts from Belfast to to Manchester etc. Guessing low fuel from holding.
FR3211 flight Paris to Cork landed in Shannon with 2 hour delay
I landed at 2pm today with Ryanair after a failed first attempt…. Landing for the 2nd attempt was wild, the plane bounced off the runway twice and almost took off again before slamming down to a halt.. Absolutely crazy.
But the worst part of it was the flight attendant looking worried… When they’re worried then shit is real
The next competitor to enter the ring, hailing from Luton in London Town to Cork. Weighing 41,140 kg, a Ryanair 737-8.

Update: After two missed approaches in Belfast, heading to Glasgow now
Remember going to Glasgow for a match with a gang of lads bout 10yrs ago.
One lad was NOT good with flying, the landing was hairy to say the least. Poor fucker was practically in tears.
Fear of flying must be awful at the best of times, can’t imagine what it must be like in this weather.
This one is mad as well : EI 553 – already 2 landing attempt.

Ryanair 6333 – Manchester to Dublin. Circled near Dublin then diverted to Belfast and hasn’t been able to land at Belfast either.
Fuck I’d be having a panic attack if I was on that plane
