I have lived in the same flat for 8 years and honestly, I do not remember that strong wind as we have today here. My neighbor just lost the balcony window/door! Stay safe everyone!

It really is howling tonight (E15).
I am up in Canons Park (HA7) and it has been going on strong since 3pm. Weather forecast was saying we would miss storm Isha but I think they miscalculated.
How does that even happen? Was the door not locked and it was left continuously swinging?
I’d say storm Dennis (I think?) was worse but this is certainly a nippy one haha
Howling in NE all night, the gusts are pretty mad.
I’ve got a huge pile of rubble, doors etc in my front garden from ripping the ground floor out, keep panicking it’s all going to fly down the street and wreck all the cars
Just walked back along Regent’s Park perimeter – I’m not heavy, and found I felt like Piglet from Winnie-the-Pooh in the wind!!!
Kidbrooke?
Edit: Beckton
Just opened the window to get the moisture from a bath out and regret immediately and barely able to close the window without the feeling of breaking it…
I saw the photos with The Eye of The Tiger as a soundtrack.
Same thing happened to my balcony door 2 years ago in e16.

It took agency almost 1 year to replace the door.
E1 here, can confirm it’s been pretty scary the whole evening. Multiple times I’ve felt like my window is about to blow out of the frame
