    UPD: Novatek stopped all operations at the terminal in the Ust-Luga Seaport after a drone attack last night, according to media reports. The plant processes stable gas condensate into oil, and also ships oil products to foreign markets and is located in the coastal zone, next to a specialized terminal where products are stored. Residents of Ust-Luga heard two explosions 💥, after which a fire started at the company’s oil terminal. About 150 employees were evacuated. The fire was put out only a couple of hours ago. A high-risk regime was introduced in the Kingisepp district, and a “Carpet” plan was introduced at Pulkovo airport. Novatek reported that as a result of “external influence” the terminal’s operations had to be stopped. The Ministry of Defense still did not comment on the explosion 💥 at the enterprise. **Traditionally there are no reports of casualties. The drone attack on the Novatek terminal in Ust-Luga was observed from ships arriving at the port.**
