I went there when I was a teenager and back in those days the staff did only speak Hungarian and I felt like the only foreigner in that place, I felt like it was the best secret in town (tourist guides overwhelmingly recommended Gellert Fürdő at the time with few mentions of Széchenyi Fürdő).
You can also play chess while bathing inside. And on some days there is night sessions.

Went to the Spa party there once. Crazy stuff.
