Time to rev up production, then. KMW, Rheinmetall, Diehl, Taurus Systems… they’re all there.
Did he really mention the “gas” part. I thought we are not allowed to have the means to attack and we should never mention the gas thing again.
But yeah, after this shit show we should step up our defense game.
hell no
Totally agree. Europe, time to wake up and a) give Ukraine (who are basically defending Europe’s future) everything they need and b) mobilize your defence industries to rebuild weapon stocks urgently. Too many countries are still choosing to ignore the seriousness of the Russia Situation.
Draft a few million men and put them through training.
Glad to see Germany come around. We also can do this through an airforce and army. While a navy is great the requirement if over land.
The West should also be building a discreet fortress of defense throughout Europe if every border had a multilevel defense system it would deter any ground invasion.
It would be great if France, Italy, Spain, and the rest of Europe entered the conversation.
nothing ever went wrong with germany aggressively building up its military, right?
Who’s to say the Germans won’t be arming up to then fight alongside the Russians?
Considering all the business they still do with them, and how hesitant they were to help arm the Ukrainians…
Maybe arm Ukraine, so we don’t get attacked??
Wow! You are not already armed for war? Three to five years? Are your ammo stockpiles and equipment in that much disarray? Or are you at prewar levels and just putting yourself on a level more consistent with sustained warfare?
