Bank got scammed by the GOP. Why am I not surprised?

GOP attitude: If you owe the bank 5000 dollars and cant make the payment, you have a problem. If you owe the bank 500,000 dollars and can’t make the payment, the bank has a problem.
Not the only state with a broke GOP, but probably the most important one.
They probably plan to follow the Trump model, and declare Bankruptcy, Sue the Bank, and leave someone else holding the bag.
So what happens if a state party just collapses in a pile of lawsuits? To the point where they’re not a going concern anymore?
Can Republican candidates still get on the ballot in Michigan?
My understanding is that the Michigan state elections office already has what it needs to run the Presidential primary on Feb 27th; but what happens to the House & Senate primaries in August?
