The city first lost electricity ⚡, and then the water supply, and interruptions in cellular communications began. According to the Mayor Elena Kobzeva, emergency crews had been withdrawn in full. They promised to turn on the heating during the day, but each time the deadlines were pushed back. As a result, the city is plunged into darkness. 🥶❄️🤷‍♂️
