  4. They are more upset about the foul against jude. But I doubt the people there actually watch la liga matches, if they did they’d know that type of foul is given and it’s been pretty consistent. I think camavinga did the same thing to an atletico madrid player and he got booked.

  9. Of all the reviews today, this is the only incorrect decision imo. Probably was a bit low on the shoulder. But that’s just the luck of VAR nowadays. I feel like it often goes against us. Today it went for us. Next week it might go against us again. Anyone claiming corruption is a twat who doesn’t know anything about football

  10. This angle is clear it’s the shoulder. Also, the shoulder has a bone, if this hit the arm, it wouldn’t pop up like that.

    I thought it was a handball real time but this is now clear

  15. In my opinion it looks like it was a bit too low to be given but this is a situation where VAR simply cannot change the decision made on field because I tried looking at this from 5 angles and not a single one gives definitive proof if it was handball or not.

    You simply cannot 100% claim this is handball, I am so surprised none of the cameras managed to catch it more clear

  16. In my opinion, (and I think the rule is also that) it is a shoulder as long as the ball hits it above the sleeve of the t-shirt

  17. Gotta say from the other it looked it hit right under his shoulder and you can see more from that angle. I don’t think that goal should’ve counted imo but shit refs plague the whole league. A lot of calls don’t go our way but today they did. It’s unfortunate for the opponents bc they played a great game. And since this was league leaders (especially since it’s Madrid) vs last place team lots of shit talking reports will gain traction

    and this happened several times this game where var didn’t show the angle that would be a disadvantage to real.

  19. Seriously? Is this the best angle you have? There is one (shown during the broadcast) from much closer (behind the goal) where it’s clear it’s a handball.

    For fuck’s sake, people, are you so insecure and/or have a victim complex that you cannot admit that this was a clear handball? The referee saw it live correctly, got shown by var only two angles (the worst ones, one similar to this) which were inconclusive, made the right call based on the shown footage, but the VAR people completely fucked it up by not showing better angles.

    Seriosuly, as a Real Madrid fan I’m embarrased by you. You double down on this shoulder nonsense instead of fucking admitting the truth.

  25. Come on man. I love Real Madrid but this was a handball. Posting a bad angle where you can only really see his shoulder doesn’t help the case against that. From better angles where his whole arm is visible, it is more than clear that he makes contact with his arm.

    It doesn’t make you a bad fan to admit this. We can accept that we got away with one and move on.
