What do you think about this so-called tipping culture in Germany? In general, I never tip in Germany because their minimum wage per hour is “good enough” for standard living.

Tipping is a reward for good service. Like, if some delivery driver brings you a pizza on a scooter despite a snowstorm they deserve a tip.
As soon as tips are expected, they are no longer tips, but hidden fees. I think the tipping culture in Germany is exactly how it should be.
Never tipping because you think someone makes enough money is fine, but I guess if you think that way you can’t expect staff to make an extra effort except doing their job as required.
