Having spent many hours on those boats, you’re fucking right I would not fancy that at all tonight. Might actually be my idea of hell.
I was on the Stena Estrid during the last major storm. We were delayed setting off for hours but it is actually a very stable vessel. If I have to cross the Irish Sea in rough conditions, that class of ferry is a massive step up from previous ferries and would be the only one I would want to sail on. I’m sure the crossing is rough but it could be A LOT worse!
