  1. why would you set up watchposts somewhere in the mountains where nobody wants to live anyways? I don’t understand the point of this. they are fighting over some rocks. No industry, no agriculture, no cities, nothing to see. Can someone explain me plz?

  2. Nowadays they can’t attack when the sky is so clear like this. Because lots of turkish UAVs patrolling the area. They only attack when wheather conditions are so bad, misty so they can hide from thermal cameras of UAVs.

  3. Did that dude just try to pull a grenade pin with his teeth?

  4. Pretty terrible video. Was that a non copyright rendition of pirates of the Caribbean?!

  5. There was actually a video around here showing that this video was a propaganda video and the corpses of the attacking PKK members.

  6. Probably all of these terorrists hit by the SIHA or something. Counter-terrorists win 🤗

  7. This reminds me of the attack Hackworth describes in chapter 5 of About Face. He took his platoon to a Chinese position that was entrenched on a hill. He was unable to get an appropriate recon the night before and when they got to the bottom of the “hill,” it was actually more of a cliff. Without hesitation, they started to scale up and caught the Chinese completely off guard. A similar experience I had while doing force on force training, my platoon maneuvered through a swamp to come up on a less protected flank of our sister platoon, achieving complete surprise and winning that day.

It’s pretty cool to see raw combat footage like this. I could nitpick all of the small things that these guys did wrong; leaving weapon, holding radio in his hand while firing, pulling pin on grenade with teeth, popping up over cover instead of to the side, etc, etc. Ultimately, war is chaos and they seemed to be successful in their attack, regardless of these little flaws. They executed on sound strategy, attacking from an unexpected direction, and their violence of action filled the gap of the small tactical errors. They used basic cover and move and their momentum allowed them to completely roll the enemy up.
