2. Why the red circle at the end? To show that medics in full combat gear and well armed are being rightfully neutralized as well?

7. As an Iraq war veteran medic, he’s fair game armed with a rifle.

   We had the option to run without rifles and rely on the Red Cross and pistols, but I can’t tell you any who actually did. Instead, we all were armed with rifles and decided to take our chances. The Iraqis had a reputation for shooting at the medics anyways.

   Also, that little patch on his helmet ain’t doing nothing for him, it needs to be huge and plain as day if he wants any kind of consideration.
