Turned to drive out of my estate, faced with this. Sat for 30 seconds, panicked and drove off. Never been so intimidated by a trampoline before.

  1. Be cautious with a trampoline out in the wild – they startle easily and may attack when frightened.

  2. Am surprised more people don’t use ropes and tent pegs to try to keep them tethered

  3. The owner must be distraught from this ordeal but they’ll bounce back from it.

  4. I think the fact that it’s upright and fully intact adds to the intimidation. It looks like it’s been put there deliberately.

  8. When I see a trampoline anchored into the ground with heavy stakes and straps, I think what a shame. She was meant to bounce freely in the pastures and meadows. Anchoring her will only break her spirit.
