Insane that a physical assault happening bang in the middle of our capital takes the police almost *half an hour* to attend.
The reverse happened to the father of a friend of mine shortly after the war kicked off. He was Indian, but for some reason the racist attackers thought he was Arab. The Met were equally useless.
Awful. I live in an area with a small Jewish population relative to other parts of London and my parents asked me to take off my Star of David necklace because it’s too dangerous right now.
Terrifying to know that the MET police truly don’t care.
They’re should have been police LITERALLY running around Leicester square!! The met showing how useless they are again.

They have time to execute complicated sting operations to catch people robbing Rolexes from the rich, but not the time to help someone being assaulted in public.
It goes to show where the Met’s priorities lie.
That place is CCTV central. Hopefully there is footage to catch these people.

Scary times. There are no laws in this country as none are enforced. Criminals are here and taking advantage as far as they can. You could have your car stolen and house burgled but nothing will come of it. They only have enough resources to investigate serious crime.
