  1. So to save the climate we can’t eat meat. At least they are being
    Honest.

  2. I think we can eat meat, but like–not be gluttonous about it. I love soy protein textured nuggies, and I love meat–but I would love even more to just eat hunted game, and fill my freezer with that. A few years ago 1/3 of my meals were vegetarian, and now its more like half.

I am a huuuuge advocate for labmeat as well. We gotta do what we gotta do, even if it is a sacrifice to our way of living.

  3. And that doesn’t mean stick to beef!!

It means that if you want to make a difference, ditch meat altogether.

Apart from roasts etc, plant-based chicken substitutes are pretty hard to tell from actual dead birds…

  4. Conflating veganism with climate change is great for oil companies but bad for the climate. As long as politicians can accurately say ***”climate activists want to force you to eat tofu”*** they’ll win votes doing that. Congratulations on helping the oil, gas, & coal industries.

  5. go vegetarian first as a stepping stone. Replace beef with **eggs**, not chicken. Ideally vegan, but these ppl need baby steps

  6. I would love to see stats on people eating less meat. Giving it up completely is hard for most people, but if they knew they could help by eating less of it I think more people would give it a go. I am about 90% vegetarian and only have meat once and awhile. It’s working for me and I don’t miss it at all.
