So i think a while ago i accidentally might have subscribed to this magazine page, and they kept sending me magazines to my address. I finally canceled it but they still kept on sending it. Now i got this on my email. Can they force me to pay? Should i be worried or ignore? What should i do? I dont want to receive anything nor pay for it

When did you cancel? What is the cancellation period in your subscription contract?
If you cancelled to late there’s a good chance that yes, they can force you to pay.
Is this the first bill that you got, or did you previously already pay? Did you get anything in written form from them before (apart from the magazines)?
The Verbraucherzentrale has a [sample letter](https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/musterbriefe/vertraege-reklamation/eine-unberechtigte-forderung-abwehren-interaktive-briefvorlage-90503) that can help to avert having to pay. They seem to be known for luring people in with free magazines and then start collecting money without making it clear enough what the customers are getting into. It’s a so called Abofalle.

They probably also have an office near you, where you could go and get some help with this: https://www.verbraucherzentrale.de/beratung
>i accidentally might have subscribed to this magazine
Yeah, right. “Accidentally”.
> I finally canceled it but they still kept on sending it.
What is the notice period? Chances are the subscription is for the whole year.
>Can they force me to pay?
No, but they will eventually take the matter to court and the bailiff will make you pay (as in, garnishing your wages, seizing your furniture etc).
>Should i be worried or ignore?
Worried. The company is genuine, so this will not go away. Once a collection agency gets involved, the sum will increase to around 400-500 Euros; once a law firm gets involved, you’re looking at 1,000 Euros or more.
>I dont want to receive anything nor pay for it
That’s not how life as an adult works.
